Mung Bean Dosa, Caramelized Onion and Parsnip, Roasted Five Spice Garbanzo Bean, Ela Farms Pear Jam
Kale-Frisee-Spinach Salad, Shaved Radish, Edamame and Pomegranate Seeds, Parmigiano Reggiano, Citrus-Dijon Vinaigrette
Balsamic Marinated Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced, served over Farro with Roasted Butternut Squash and Asparagus finished with Ela Farms Peach-Plum Glaze.
Vegetarian Entree: Same as above with Grilled Tempeh in place of Beef
Cinnamon, Browned Butter Apple Tart with Fig and Toasted Hazelnuts finished with Creme Anglaise featuring Ela Farms Apple Sauce
